Hi Craig

I bought a Drennan Puddlechucker 12ft method feeder and I really rate it. It's a commercial method feeder - designed for short chucks with medium feeders and has a nice action for playing big fish on fairly light tackle. I bought mine for chub fishing and I've had chub to nearly 6lb on it.

As a general medium to heavy feeder rod for short to medium range fishing you can't go wrong with one of these.
