Fisheries within 25 miles of Nottingham

With the coarse fishing closed season now in force I've decided to revisit stillwater trout fishing. I haven't trout fished for nigh on 4 years and were wondering if someone could recommend waters within 25 miles from Nottingham. My preference is for the smaller waters as I would like to catch a few fish.

Try Lakeside - Ranskill North Notts.

I think that would be about 30 miles from Nottingham

Also Press Manor south of Chesterfield.

Both have websites.

Thanks Ron, fished Press Manor before, it's a great venue. Do you have the web address for Lakeside, can't find it anywhere.

theres Alton manor (derby trout fishery)near wirksworth just a few miles away from press manor,theres colwick park (notts)and theres willington trout fishery (derby)
theres syston manor near grantham (on sleaford road Syston Park = 01400 230361
)and theres barlowlakes and then theres Carsington Water near wirksworth theres more listed here derbyshire and Cromwell Lane Trout Fishery
