Does temporarily freezing shelf life boilies affect them as baits?

Cat,
If by shelf life you mean those that you buy in bags then I don't know mate.
I have just used some which I kept in an air tight container for two years. They were still soft and still smelled good, I also caught on them.

shelf life boilies can last years as long as they dont get wet or damp when they rot almost straight away

so the thaw out would start the rotting process

They seem to freeze qute happily as they have a lot of moisture in them already. Do you think that I should just leave them until i use them and treat them as frozen boilies?
