looks to me that a lot of people including me have had the wool pulled over their eyes and all they were ever bothered about was keeping the price of fish as high as they could [remember butter mountains] through keeping the supply of fish down, the more fish landed no matter what the species would i belive bring prices down and we wouldnt want that would we!
