never used the rod myself but did find this bit of info about it matey...sounds like a good little bit of kit and if its free all the better

I have a Middy 15-20foot float rod had it for a few years now, no problems.
Broke the top section and replaced it easily.

Jeez, only not even 5 posts yet and ive already mentioned this rod three times, Im starting to sound like a sales rep.
I have the Middy "Baggin Machine" 13-14 ft waggler and I think its a fantastic bit of kit. Soft delicate tip but plenty of back bone for controlling those wild lunges for cover.
