In this issue we have a euology from dear old Sedge on the benefits of being an all rounder, Comments from Barrie Rickards regarding my mistake re Ray Webb's van, Duncan Mellors and Stewart Hurst finds it hard going on Swale and Trent and Jim Macdonald gets his PB barbel.

There is also a nice piece fron Dave Tipping on big roach. The photo showing Dave with two big roach is a beauty; and would you beleive it Dave is actually smiling.

And finally, yours truly attempts to explain what has happened on the Trent during the past 150 years.

And no I didn't fish with the Trent Otter. I'm not that old you know
