Trent Venues

Hello,

Me missus is off up north on the weekend of 22-24th july (shame its not the weekend before...), so i can cadge a lift to the trent.

The last time i fished the trent was in a juniors match at dunham bridge in 1988 ( 1 skimmer around 2oz if i remember right..), so obviously i'm a bit in the dark.

What i'm after is a day ticket water, with barbel, which allowes night fishing. I'm not after monsters, just a bend in my rod now and then.

Collingham sounds ok (dont worry watcher, i'm on me own!!), tho if anybody wants to join me who cant make the fish in.

you could try south muskham just off the a1 think its about a fiver a day, near the sunken barge is good but may be busy
