FAPS AXHIOM 4000 REEL

Has any one else got one of these reels.
i bought one christmas time, paid ?30 quid from argos and it was the most i'd ever spent on a fishing reel.
it's the worst reel i've ever bought, the line twist it creates makes it almost unuseable any slack line and your in a right birds nest.
The line roller spins freely is there anything that can be done to lessen the line twist like maybe stoping the line roller from spinning?

If it wasn't for the line twist it would be a good reel

the line roller spinning freely is supposed to STOP twist .....

i know that but i read on a different thread recently that shimano had suggested putting some thread lock on one of their reels that was causing bad line twist, dont know why but if it works.
