I bought a small item this past Monday. Struggled to get it from the UK, won a bid on Ebay, the item was apparently dispatched same day.

It hasn't arrived yet.

Question is, how long would you leave it until you contact the seller, or Paypal for a refund?

I guess it depends on the postal service you paid for Ric.

It could take 10 - 14 days.

I would contact the seller before going to PayPal or ebay.

Cheers Steve. It was basic air mail, cost 2 1/2 dollars. I'll leave it another week then.

Ric,it depends if the seller paid for surface or airmail?.Surface mail from the states can take up to 4 weeks!!.Standard airmail postage usually takes around 2 weeks or less,depending on drop-offs and pick-ups via this country.If the seller payed for "Priority" postage you should have it within a week.

It could also be held up by customs -- (checking on import duty etc.)
