has anyone got or tried these new fox alarms
I'm thinking of getting them could anyone help or advise

I've only demo'd them in the shop.
They look OK, nothing spectacular, they're also unbelievably loud at the highest setting.

Not sure on sensitivity and longevity as I haven't seen or used any on the bank yet.

Not sure how the sensitive little buttons will work when it's v.cold either.....

Thanks for the reply on the alarms.
My dad uses the mmx's and I was just wondering if they were as good.
Have you seen or tried the Shimano Catana
Specimen rods.

I'd stick with MMX or better still the MX (it's ?40 cheaper)

I haven't seen the rods, if they're as good as the Catana line then I'd stay clear.

I'd stick with the MX's...not let me down so far, have been outin the cold, rain, and heat
