Hi, im taken up big tench fishing from carp but find that my 2lb test curve rods are to powerful for them! was wondering if anyone knew where i could some of a lesser strength but not being barbel rods!

I have 3 of the Nash L/R Feeder rods which are great if you wish to save some dosh. They're quite tippy, which helps when chucking 2 and 3oz feeders. The only downside, IMHO, is that they have a large diameter butt section so they do look very flash!
I picked them up from Climax in Dronfield for around half price. I think they still have some left.

The Greys Prodigy Specialist comes with 1.25Ib and 1.75Ib tip ideal depending on distance or weight you need to cast.

after i started the forum i found the greys prodigy specialists so probably get them! but ill have a look at climax c if they r still there!

i want them cos i dont like bulling my fish to the net, i playing the fish to the net! its boring dragging every fish in, no fun!
