Hi, can anyone help me with rigs to catch surface fish as most comercial fisheries have a floater ban.

I know of the dibber rig but I wondered if there are anymore?

Just fish a waggler shallow (about 6 to 9inches)and if you're not catching deepen up until you get bites.

Use a bit of floating putty about 6ins from the hook, and about 4-5 ft from the float. It's almost like fishing on the surface when the carp are up in the water.

Good tips thanks guys, although what about if it is too windy to float....someone told me to use a running zig rig! The rig makes sense but looks a little bit of a pain to cast.
