Advancements over the years

Having being out of the game for a while it shocked me just how things have advanced over the years!!!! another thing I noticed is generally the price of tackle is relatively low (yea I know there is kit and there is kit)

How do you see it? Have you had a break and come back to find the same or have you moved along with it and not really noticed???

Like you I have been away from the sport for sometime and have seen many changes, for me I think the largest change has been in the types of bait and feed on offer, for now I'm sticking to what I know, I fished on Sunday the way I did 20 years ago feeding hemp and fishing caster and took 25lbs of Roach, Chub and Dace.

I hear what your saying although most of what is deemed new now has evolved so not too bad getting a grasp of.... I am still trying to catchup with "Line" amazing how that has moved on in such a short time

Traditional and natural baits still work perfectly, get to the water and enjoy the fishing.
