Guide fly fishing shop Selby

Just had to tell you of my experience with this shop, I broke my Redington fly rod other day, and knowing it had a so called life time guarantee I sent it off with a cheque for ?15 to Guide fly fishing at Selby, this was the address I was given where I bought the rod from, within two days of posting they sent me my new rod, which I thought was excellent service, but when looking at my rod they had sent me a 6/7 instead of 7/8, so after a phone call which they kept apologising for the mistake, they sent me the correct rod and said they would arrange pick up of other rod, then they phoned me to say would I be willing to keep wrong rod if I played another ?15, which they retail at about ?95, I cannot not fault this company its been a pleasure to do service with this shop and restores my faith in tackle shops, so I have a ended up with two brand new rods, well one now, sons just starting fly fishing, and the 6/7 disappeared out of garage, they have a good website to.
