Humoungous fly/lure

Has anybody got the pattern for this fly and its best method for fishing it? It has worked for anglers fishing for rainbows that are feeding just below the surface and there is no evidence of what they are feeding on

Pattern is (well the version I use):

Size 10 longshank 10
Silk Black
Bogchain eyes in silver (gold will do)
Tail: black marabou with 4 strands silver (flashabou or tinsel etc..)
Rib: Silver wire to hold everything together
Hackle: palmered badger cock hackle (white tip & black centre)
Body: silver chenille

Good as a fry imitation or a general lure on a floater / intermeidate or anything else this time of year....
