Well, perhaps bait boats could all become kinda defunct in time. A guy i know is currently applying for a patent for a system he has developed which in testing conditions, landed various size leads at distances from 2- 400 yards, with some measure of accuracy, every time. This comes in the form of an adjustable air compressed mortar which stands below the rod. Load the specially desigend lead in the barrel, lay the traces on the tray provided, compress the foot trigger and POP! Off it goes to the horizon. This tool will be available in two sizes i believe, both lightwight and compact. Impressive !
