24hr session advice?

gunna do 24hrs on a local lake called sally walshes dam it has around 50 to a 100 20+ carp ina nd some 30s catfish! just wondering what your tactics might be its not a high pressured water but has been in the past although since sally died not many carp fishermen get on it apparently anyway!

Try pre baiting it for a few days, take a good walk around whist you are pre baiting and look for signs of moving fish. Don't forget the Shallows / Margins.

If all else fails, cast to the fish, even if that means moving swims.

What steph said. Nothing beats a good reccy and a tree climb the day before. Dont get your gear out the car for the first hour before you decide on the right spot.
