What are these called & where to get from ??

Many years ago i obtained (cant remeber how or from whom) some very small plastic pieces all in different colours for which i have used for boilie stops ever since. I'm now coming to the end of my supply & cannot remember what there proper application were for. I believe it is something to do with pole fishing but could be wrong.

I know the decription is vague but hope someone will recognise what i'm on about

Any ideas folks

They could be ... The ones i have look a lot smaller with very small bore

Looks like chopped up pole elastic to me.
