Not in our lifetime!!!!!! not that there are not dark forces at work..... but we are mostly seen as mild eccentrics and that is very British.

Keep the Left Wing Labourites out of power and it will never happen!

I would worry more about those in power now, bunch of Tarts the lot of them. I bet they knew all about the Phone hacking all along, i even bet the slime ball PM was in on it.

Haha, I just had a funny thought of walking through a dark alley and being approached by a shady character asking "want any high grade tackle bruv?"

Exactly as Ray says-it's unenforceable, (as was/is the so-called ban on fox hunting with hounds) unless the government of the day was prepared to bang up literally millions of anglers-can anyone really see that happening? Thought not. If what we did genuinely attracted widespread public revulsion then we would surely be in no doubt about that already.

I would just ignore the law and carry on. As Danny says, it would be impossible to enforce if we all did the same.

I like the otter costume idea though. Maybe I'll get one for guesting sessions

And you guys have the right to bear arms-- so if some crackpot tries to get you to leave--you have the fifth amendment. All so very sensible!
