preston feeder rod

just purchased preston 11/6 carbonactive feeder rod.it comes with three quiver tops all the same colour.light /med/heavy.is anybody using one at the minute.what is the heavist feeder weight you would use with each tip.hoping someone can help.
dont want to break new rod.
