Just parked up in Ridgeway and walked down through Eckington woods( mean nothing to anyone not from my area) but there is a pond right next to the car park owned or leased by Ridgeway Angling club -

No day tickets, lovely pond, members only and there is a very long waiting list for membership - and you have to be "sponored" by a members to even get on the waiting list

guess what - no one fishing

I've been past a few time and never seen anyone fishing

If I was a members on a day like this I'd be there

..why couldn't Murdoch have done one decent thing in his life....bought out all of GP for Sky and given back Test cricket and Rugby Union in return!!
