Sorry no idea Marcus i'm sure if you have a programme on your pc it will reduce it for you.

You'll need some picture editing software; change the size of the pic from say 3600x2400 to 600x400 and the physical size of the file will drop too. See what the new physical size is and if necessary drop it further.
