help needed

i've just had a 9m margin pole bought for me as a birthday present.
The problem lies with the elastic the pole comes ready to fish with quite a thin green elastic i know elastcs come colour coded(certain colour certain strength and so on can someone please tell me what rating my elastic is?
One more thing the top three sections are telescopic should i elasticate all three as only top two came elasticated.

just to confuse you even more, you are right in saying elastics are colour coded, but different brands have a different system of coding !


If i were you, I would get rid of the elastic it comes with and put in your own, then you will know what youve got.


as for how much to elasticate, well, as with most things in fishing its a case of messing about, trying different things until you find a set up that suits your style of fishing that you are happy with.
