i dont know if i am correct but i think you might find that knaseborough angling club is around that area,also i belive that leeds daa have quite a bit of water around york if you would like any further info please get in toutch with
marty_maggot@hotmail.co.uk.Also if u like general coarse fishing you should try the city of york i belive it is all free in the centre you will find it quite a good days fishing and although you dont get a great deal of weight you are into action all day good look and i hope this will be of some help to you,tight lines martin
