Can anyone shed any light on a old specimen group called the lapworth naturalist anglers I googled it and it came back with a few posts on this forum.

Are there any old members knocking about on this forum??

My uncle chews me ear off about this specimen group he was once part off :D

Yes, Graham Marsden was a member along I think with Scouser Ed, and very well known names such as Alan Southern and Alan Barnes.

They were based in Cheshire and had great success catching the big bream of the Cheshire Meres. They were also staunch members of the National Association of Specimen Groups.
