I've seen it before and, if you'll pardon the pun, it all looks a bit too fishy if you ask me!!!

I bought one of these for a freind and it stated there was no hunting or fishing rights included. Just emagine if they sold a area the size of a football field they would have hundreds of people who could fish. Multiply this by the size of a estate and the number becomes astranomical.

They also forgot to mention the salmon run on that wee river is very, very low and getting worse. Too many fish farms fouling the water and no feed at sea for the smolts. If the certificate is pretty it may just cover that bad patch on the wall. Now, my garden pond fishing rights will be available for the coming season...........
