cold weather carp.

i've never fished carp in the winter.i've caught a couple in winter but by accident. what baits are better then? i know not to use oily baits in winter, but thats about it. does there location change? are they still caught in same areas they use in summer? or in deeper water? any info at all would help alot.

perhaps i should do what i usually do in the winter, and try to arrow a nice whitetail deer.

You probably haven't had a reply due to the many if's and but's of winter carp fishing that would take quite a time to cover in any detail and obviously personal opinion would account for some of this. Hit the link below and will find quite a bit of information on the subject.
