Hi folks new to the site, just logged in. Getting back into fishing after a long time off, now the kids are older and into camping too. Been a couple of times this year and have got the bug back.
Based in North Notts.
We are going away next weekend camping at Trentfields, Laneham,Notts. The site is next to the trent with free fishing. Not fished the trent for many years, always used the stick float, Just woundered is anyone knew this strech and how it was fishing also what is the best method to use...I'm a bit rusty.

I don't know athing about the Trent except that it's long and watery, but I do know that not everyone reads the "Newbie" posts; try a new thread in the "Coarse fishing" section with "Trent" and "Laneham" in the title and more help should be forthcoming.
