i bought a lot of pike tackle to go with my mate--yes fishing for pike i never done it
he took me to a place in sheffield---i got 1 pike
it weighed 18lb---7oz
it scared me shitless ---its not for me----selling the tackle u peop;e that do it all the time are very brave----but i tried

seriously tho what scared you so much??, pike may look evil but really their just softies mate. Their a really easy fish to damage when handling too, i like the pike its face reminds me of a wolf... and even wolves can be tamed.

be confident and firm handed.

Wow!! many anglers wait years before getting a big double....... The biggest I had last year was 19lb4oz. they are stunning creatures.

top tip: keep catching the big ones............ they are much easier to handle on the bank than their smaller breathran.
