Sloppy pole joints

Hi, wondering if anyone can help, I have a pole with warn joints, is there anyone on here that knows if I can get the joints built up?

There used to be a can of spay on carbon, perhaps by Maver? Don't know if it's still available. Also some very thin heat-shrink sleeves (again, Maver rings a bell) that you put over the male joint then shrank them with a hairdryer.
