Elton res

Hi guys has anyone fished elton resevoir in bury recently havent been on there for years and ive heard lots of different rumours about the place any info much appreciated.

Has it been refilled and stocked since it was drained and the fish removed?

Well one of the rumours i heard was that yes it was refilled completly. Then i was told by someone else no it hasnt been re stocked. Then someone told me it has been partly stocked but all the decent fish havent been put back.

Didnt know who to believe this place used to be packed every weekend when i was younger and had some brilliant fish in it now the asence of anyone fishing makes me wonder.
