hello David,
as i trout fish i am used to fishing with the usual flies.
now spring is here my friend and myself would like to fish just a bit earlier in the season.
we would love to try nymph fishing but do not really know which nymphs are best for the lakes around here and cannot get the information we need from any locals as they do not seem to know.
could you please be able to put us in the picture as what to use.
thankyou very much.

This cold snap we are having might put the midge pupa down, but there will be bloodworms on any bit of still water.

Try a red bloodworm imitation on the point fly together with reddish coloured pupa (Buzzers) on the droppers.
