I've found it to be too shiney, making it difficult to get proper 'purchase' - much prefer the absorbent tabloid qualities of the AT or even the Daily Mail for the bigger job...

Listen Jonny, Southern angler is for softies. Northern Angler is printed on sandpaper because we are tough.
But over in Sheffield they have to give the Angling Star away free because the tight arsed Yorkies wont pay for their bog paper...
