We in Ireland have a similar problem with guys flogging electro fishing gear in "donedeal.ie"-Irelands most popular online marketplace.There is a problem,they can legitimately sell it so long as its just advertised as is.In other words if they word it thus- "for sale electrofishing gear"it is ok.However if they say "electrofishing gear for sale,fill up your freezer"thats illegal.I reported a guy with that used similar wording on "donedeal",they took it very seriously,banned the seller and informed the relevant authorities.Its the tip of the iceberg,the organised commercial poachers have long being using sophisticated electro gear over here.A pack of 4 deadbaits averages 4-5 euro...
