barbel threads

After barbel wars on FM a few years ago when things did get a bit personal - i think the barbel thread produce of intresting debates and of course some disagrrement but from what I've read most poster keep it within acceptable levels and the mods let things run

The Cracking bag of barbel thread - is just such a one - enjoying reading each side and noone getting too personal - well done lads

Right i'm off to insult someone on the Carp threads

I've been doing my bit on there and i have not even caught a barbel for about 20 years. So for the record, i am no barbel specialist or whatever with any particular vested interest!...maybe thats why any point i make tends to be completely ignored!

I don't think your points are being ignored,in fact they are common sense responses to the situation being discussed.
