Yes you can get spares but the standard rubber washers are not as effective as silicon ones. Have used a pump with silicon washers and the difference is unbelievable.

and there are loads of companies that sell them.
I'm afraid you'll have to fine it down to the ones in your area and then get on the blower.
Remember it's silicone, not silicon.
