Has anyone got any tips or advice on some good spots to try bass fishing around conwy in N. Wales, either from beach or boat? thanks, any suggestions on rig are also welcome.
You will get very little response regarding spots to fish Bass anglers are very protective of there best marks.
Try Ormes head. Spinning or bottom bait. Pennel rig with fresh peller or if possible get your hands on live sandeel espessialy from the boat. Remember don't cast to far 30-40 yards max.
Try Dinas Dinnle further down below Bangor, dont know if it is any good, but I have heard that Bass are taken regularly there, especially near to the Blockhouse at the end of the old runway.
