carp in river stour in stourbridge?????

hi


i was talking a old chap in the tackle shop the other day and he said that ther are some nice sized carp and chub (also barbel,roach,dace,eels and a few big pike)in the river stour by the Stewpony pub.
does anybody else know anthing about this?????

hi a jon, fished this a few times with a mate who lives in the cottage by it, hes had carp up to 10lb anive had some chub up to 2lb an some of biggest gudgeon ive seen this side of chnobyll they are truley huge up to 8 or 9" long ,there are a hell of a lot of snags there but worth a bash ..tight lines mate...

were abouts do they fish?? are there fish all the way across from stewpony upstream to near wollaston?

i know what ya mean about the huge gudgeon!!
