I use quite a few items from Tevion, sent over from Germany by a friend, I've yet to fault one. My son just bought a Tevion GPS thingammy.........I hope I'm right.....Seriously, that exceeds expectations too.

aldi's only sell tevion gear which is ok its no the bollos but its cheap

Ive 2 of the memory cards just for photos for back up purposes which Ive found to be better than disk and they are cool

I'd be careful buying cheap cards as it isn't worth risking losing all your photos just for the sake of saving a few quid. It is also worth checking whether they are high speed ones, otherwsie it can take ages to download your pics.

yes good point Gary, I use 80s pro, lex at the moment, which have a good transfer speed

I checked first and on the paper work the cards are made by Schenker in the states ...............

Im not 100% sure but theres only a few makers in the world and the rest stick their stickers on

some of the tackle is not bad Cakey, we used to use ALDI in France, they have them all over the place of course, none of the tackle is specialised stuff though and may not suit the likes of you and me.

I thought the waders at 14 quid must be worth a go and I thought the rod bag at a tenner might be ok for me pike rods

and by the way rechargeable batteries this week at ?2.49 might be worth a look

Monk....cant get on with aldi's in france they just dont seem to have anything .....

the last time I was out there we were near Renes in the Loure and all we found was an Aldi a few mile down the road, it was OK though and had a bit of a tackle section, love me German sausage mate, but the best part of it was the check out girls, half the time I came out without buying anything
