Hi Ingy, my reply may be a bit late but my Dad enquired about this as it does look quite tempting but we'd never seen anyone fishing there. He was told that there are mullet in the Harbour. I would have thought waggler fishing with bread paste or maggots would be the best option there.
I wouldn't be suprised if there were a few flatties about aswell.
