Chatting with a mate on the bank the other day, the subject of tagging ang tracking fish came up (sharks, whales etc).
Does anyone know if this has this ever been done with Carp? What are the fish care implications - is it possible to tag a fish without embedding a device into the fishes flesh (as with Sharks)?
To track the movements of a Carp and plot those movements against weather cycles, times of day and year etc would be fascinating. The next set of Korda DVDs maybe...?
