Grayling fishing

I have no idea why this Forum topic is titled "Carp Fishing" since that is the very last sort of fishing that appeals to me. However, in the hope that this post might eventually be either re-directed or at least read by a suitable member, I ask the following :-

I would love to try fishing for Grayling in Central France ( Auvergne/Centre/Rhone-Alps ) and would like to exchange messages with anyone who can assist or otherwise generally direct me to a useful source of info.
