A carp article that actually says think rather follow these steps to catch a 40lber, quite simply the best advice you can give. There are too many carp anglers that just blindly follow the fashion or the latest magazine article rather than think, I honestly think they've lost the ability to think things through and need to be spoon fed.
Loved the line Generally I think that we give too much credit to our prey. It's perfectly true, after all they have got the brain the size of a walnut and are completely incapable of thought and merely react to stimulus. All to often you see examples of instinct or plain chance quoted as intelligence.

Thanks Jamie/FM, a great common sense article by an angler who clearly thinks more than his quarry. Such a refreshing change I almost didn't notice the product placements; what bait was it you used again....
