Just back from a session at an Amalgamated Fisheries water. Who do you think came calling today?? Yeah, an EA bailiff!! 
First time I have ever been asked for my rod license. Showed him both licenses, the EA duplicated my license so I have two with the same number. He couldn't explain but guessed that a number of these may be flying around.
