A short time ago, there was talk of Bernard Lofthouse putting the record straight on a certain little matter. The chatterers were going balistic up North as to what he could be talking about.
My thoughts went into overdrive as to what he would be putting straight as I know a thing or two about Bernard.
This months Advanced Carp Angler spills the beans, or more to the point Bernard does.
It was concerning the mag aligner rig. Rob maylin lay claim to it, but Bernard was useing it for a long time before it became common knowledge.
I was talking to Huttie tonight who gets a mention in the article, and he was good enough to show me another version of the mag aligner.
Here's a thought for anybody that knows the lads.
Can you imagine Bernard, Sandy, Diddy, and Hutty getting back together and taking waters appart just like the old days?
