ive been looking at digging a new pond, then went onto ebay and for ?125,you get a 15ft-4ft deep swimming pool with frame support.
has anyone tried this, just thought this would be easer just to dig a hole an put it in.?

You'll need a MUCH bigger shovel to dig a hole 15' x 4'. That's also at least 8 large skips to cart it away @ ?120 a skip minimum (local rates).

Dig a small pond and bring in the wildlife, much more absorbing to watch than screaming kids splashing.

I assume the size is a 15' circle by 4' deep and if this is the case I make the volume just over 6.5 cubic yards which would fit easily into one skip.
