Thinking of spending some R&R in Aug fishing in and around Stoke Bardolph/Nottingham. Can anyone give me a few contact numbers or info on any day tickets parts of the Trent.Being a virgin Trent fisher and a southern softie I have zero knowledge on methods etc....

Around that area not really sure . Wanted a static caravan or something similar as I hate B&B's and hotels. I was told by a chap who was fishing the River Itchen last Xmas that Stoke Bardolph is good downstrean from the ferry inn but as I said I have no other knowledge. I have fished Evesham, Teme and have the Dorset Stour & Hants Avon local, but I really like trotting for Chub and Dace/Roach.

barry go to waterscapes.com the river trent all the imformation on controlling clubs day tictets parking camp site with detailed maps etc take a look colwick loop would my choice
