Hi all,
Just tried a recipe that was on Saturday Kitchen and coincided with a couple of trout I caught on Thursday.
It was pretty good - very easy and quick. Even the missus was impressed.

The instructions are correct, by the way. There is a lot of smoke. I used Earl Grey tea and it was fine, possibly more than 2 tbsp needed though.
