pole rollers

hi just want to know wat is a good size pole roller with the leg is it the bigger the better cos ive seen one with 20 inche legs,the actual roller is 12inches wide,the leg spread is 16 inches. or one with


14" WIDE HAS TWO 3" SIDE ROLLERS AND THE LEGS ARE ADJUSTABLE FROM 10 1/2" TO A MAXIMUM HEIGHT OF 17"

im assuming you are talking about the flat type rollers with 4 legs

I dont like this type as I find sometimes you cant get them high enough, for instance th 20" legs with 16" spread will only give a hight of about 18", ok on flat banks but if the bank slopes upward behind you this can be too short.

I use a V roller on a tripod that can extend to 3foot

personal choice of course but i much prefer V rollers to flat ones, i dont like the way the pole can roll about from side to side in wind on a flat roller
