River Thames at Penton Hook Gets a Spring Clean – Thanks to the TAC

Wonderful work chaps. But isn't it disheartening to see one of the largest cormorant populations on the Thames roosting just around the bend on the lake next to the PH Marina?

Great work chaps.

Penton Hook to me always conjures visions of Pike Fishing probably due to the Collin Willock book, "The Anglers Encylopaedia" that I had in the 60's.

Therein was a picture, (if I remember rightly) taken at Penton Hook of a chap holding a Pike wearing a Trilby hat and a long-ish raincoat.

So, from then on I always associated Penton Hook with Pike . . . . . . .
